Yesterday we had a day off. It feels like weeks we have been here already. But its only one week. So half time now.
The city bazar reminds me on Jerusalem… the whole city actually… it is very interesting how different cultures live next to each other here… katholics, orthodox, moslems. I read somewhere that for Jews Bosnia is the second safe space in the world after Israel.

I am a bit exhausted, so I just keep on sharing pics. They tell more about the feeling of the city, than I can describe right now.
The other day I had to change my hostel again. I booked via hostelworld and got a confirmation, but then as well an email from this hostel, that there was a mistake and that they have no rooms left. That sucked. I already payed. The hostellady arranged then a bed in hostel B47, which was a bit strange. 50 Euro per night (!) and no reception. Just a machine.

Am dritten Tag hab ich einen Ami aus Seattle kennengelernt, der schon seit drei Wochen in der Stadt war und mir alles zeigen konnte. Ich hatte also eine Art kostenlosen privaten Tourguide 🙂
