… don’t talk about politics… don’t scream: free gaza… some people told me, better not to do these and that… and I really was afraid to hurt somebody or land in jail… lots of people get tears in their eyes or just freak out… but in fact, i am always sensitive and immediately stop, when I recognise that this topic causes too much pain…but I can’t help myself. I had to talk about this shit…

We had lots of good interesting conversation with Jews, German Jews, Arabic, Moslems, Non- Religious, Palestines…. I didn’t know, that there are living Palestines in Jerusalem. But in fact, they have different rights. When you cross the country you will pass Palestine regions. Borders, soldiers… You hear lots of horror-Stories from both sides. But in Fact, the palestine non radical people really suffer…nevertheless… Israelis weren’t allowed to get to the „western wall“ until their army conquered it 1967. That’s why they are always afraid of Palestine Terror. But they have a democracy, so you ARE allowed to be PRO palestine. As long you accept the Jews as well.

It could be so simple in my naive point of view… just respect others and their way of thinking, unless they don’t hurt or force people to do or believe something. In a certain age everybody should chose his own way of believing or living.

In the end people just want to live in peace, they are tired of politics and war…. and I believe, war is just about making money and getting more power. It’s not about moral or the right way of living. When people tell you, they have to fight, because they are right, they got brainwashed. That is fanatic bullshit. Killing in the name of, is the greates lie, that some religious people believe.

Money, power, war, truth. One German Jew we met, was very radical and said, that Palestines are something like to stupid to see, how good it would be for them to join the state of Israel. Some other Israelis I talked to, just said how bad all the moslems are. A man I ran into, because I was overwhelmed and lost one afternoon, told me, that they lie. He was moslem and gave me tea and showed me the old town. for me he seemed very nice and friendly. He said, that his whole family lived their for generations.

So everybody is right in his point of view. But when you start to believe the other are wrong, you have a problem. Maybe you are wrong as well. Maybe it is just THEIR right, not yours.

Another Jewish Girl was interested in the fact, that so many German travel to Israel the last months…

In between all these conflicts there is the same picture like everywhere. Tourists, shopping, souveniers. But soldiers… and lots of cameras, and mirrors on a stick, for looking under cars… bombs…

merci für deine Beobachtungen! 🙂
